What Makes a Good Wedding Photography Contract?A good wedding photography contract, like any other contract, should protect both parties' interests. Ideally, both parties would be happy to sign the contract, instead of one person feeling they're being taken advantage of.
As I mentioned earlier, this contract should be for the photographer's benefit as well as your own. He has a business to run with expenses and overheads, so it's vital he has something to fall back on in case of any problems.
