I strive for intimate wedding photography - simplicity, style and timelessness. That means:

not taking up valuable time with endless group shots (5 or 6 is usually enough);
not stealing you away from your friends and family for elaborate photo shoots;
not doing incredibly cheesy poses.

Marriage is the start of a new life together, not the icing on the cake. However long you've been with your partner, getting married is the beginning of an amazing journey.

I don't really buy into the commercial idea of 'being a princess for the day'. Weddings should be honest, genuine, joyous celebrations of love and commitment. That's what I believe intimate wedding photography is all about.

What You Can Expect From Me

Discretion

I'm quiet, discreet and very good at going unnoticed. I can photograph you and your guests without disrupting your day. This means you'll get natural pictures of the people you love, being themselves. (I.e. not posing for a camera)

Beautiful Images

Black and white photos make up a good proportion of my work. You'll have a wonderful collection of romantic and atmospheric pictures.

All Day Coverage

Great wedding photography should tel a story of your wedding day. So I start taking pictures when you're getting prepared in the morning, and finish well into the evening party.
