Photographers might bring along portable studio lights, backdrops or even provide props. This is fashion photography - anything goes!

With this style the photographer is very much in control of what he's shooting. He'll direct you, telling you how to pose as he's shooting, much like in a studio.

In these situations you have to really throw yourself into it and keep the momentum going. This is your chance to be a model for a day!

This style of photography may not be the one for you if:

1. You're shy and reserved;

2. You don't like being told what to do;

3. You don't like being photographed;

4. You want more natural photographs;

5. You don't want your photographer to take over your day.
